life has a way of jumping up and getting in the way of all those things you think are important.
This week I had an emergency with my daughter and I fear the podcast suffered for it. Oh well onward and upward I think.
Not every podcast can be podcast gold but we are slugging away.
The podcast is updated on the web page but I fear it will take and extra day to get the feed over to Itunes because of the time we posted. We usually record on tuesday night but I was dealing with my runaway daughter then and so we did it last night the following day.
