Yule boots!

by the bearded oath pig I say we start the Lions Road Yule Boot what a new standard for the fun. Next year for Christmas we will have the Yule Boot show. I still don't know what it means but the term Yule Boot is too good to pass up

i was unable to download episode 32 yule boot via the rss feed...it saddens me.

I like the idea of leaving presents in shoes left outside of tents! I'm almost always up early at events and usually go for long walks around the site, I'm going to start bringing little weird objects with me to leave in shoes. Then it will be like Yule Boots, only even more confusing.

Yes it did inspire the bunk. :) I too have left my boots out for st nicholas. Inspired by our German neighbors and their kids who awoke on the 5th to find their converse filled with goodies me and my brothers and sister insisted that it would be a good test of the jolly ones preparedness. He did not disappoint! We felt as though we had discovered the eldorado... A second christmas!

I was very surprised to find no mention of gift giving specifically mentioned in any Yule traditions on wikipedia but all the trappings of modern christmas seem to come from it.

I got my yule boots on right now.... or is it snow boots?
